Come join us for Poly's first alumn mixer @ Poly on Saturday March 25, 2017 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. All classes are welcome.
This is a chance to meet and talk about the changes that are occurring in Poly and how you can be a part of the decision making process. We will also discuss the new Alumni Association, how you can be involved, and enjoy some refreshments as we make new friends or revisit our past connections.
Agenda:
- Creating Alumni related events. (Special seating at events,.etc)
- Creation of an official association board.
- Alumni outreach, where are they now?
- Establish a mentor ship program.
- Association logo.
- Publish a news letter.
- Develop a vision and mission statement for our association.
- Meet and have fun. (Most important)
